According to this report, business travelers are, once again, satisfied when taking to the skies, roads, and rails. Also, travelers with TSA PreCheck® are much more satisfied with their air travel experiences than those without it.

The GBTA Business Traveler Sentiment IndexTM aims to understand how business travelers feel about their travel experience and how those feelings affect their actual behaviors related to travel. The current research is the fourth wave in this series, each of which measures U.S. business travelers’ reported experiences and sentiments over the past three months as well as their anticipated plans over the next three months.
